Conner Shepard is entering their second year on staff with the Coastal Alabama Coyotes cheer program in Bay Minette as an assistant coach. He has been an integral part of the Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) staff for the last five years; and spends time working with the Varsity All Star staff where he helps facilitate thousands of cheerleading competitions across the country.
Conner attended The University of Mobile where he earned his bachelor's degree in nursing. Before coaching at Coastal, he was also the assistant coach at The University of South Alabama; where he helped them earn their first ever UCA College Nationals Game Day Finals appearance and placed 5th overall in the D1A All-Girl division. Prior to that, he also spent three years working as an assistant at Satsuma High School where they won multiple Game Day titles during his tenure. In addition to his coaching duties, he also works locally at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope in Labor & Delivery.
