BAY MINETTE, Ala. - The Alabama Community College Conference (ACCC) officially released the 2025 ACCC Division I Baseball All-Conference Teams on Friday, May 9, with the Coastal Alabama South Baseball program seeing two players earn all-conference nods for the 2025 campaign.
Devon Murphy was the lone Coyote to earn a spot on the ACCC D-I Baseball First-Team All-Conference Team this year, being selected as one of three outfielders. During the season, the sophomore LaGrange, Ga. native slashed .361 at the plate in 144 at-bats, producing a .447 on-base percentage and .583 slugging line. Murphy recorded 52 hits in 39 games played, finishing with 10 doubles, two triples, and 10 home runs. He finished with 29 RBIs and 16 walks, while finishing 16-for-18 in stolen base attempts. Defensively, Murphy tallied 66 put-outs and 14 assists without an error during the season.
Caden Mason earned a spot on the ACCC D-I Baseball Second-Team All-Conference Team, doing so as the conference's designated hitter. Mason hit .310 this season in just 87 at-bats, joining Murphy with six home runs on the year. He finished with 27 hits in 35 games played, adding eight doubles. The sophomore from Hayden, Ala. recorded a .430 on-base percentage and paced the team with a .609 slugging line, while finishing with 15 RBIs and 15 walks. His best game came on Saturday, April 19 against Snead State (Ala.) where he managed a game-tying home run as a pinch-hitter to force extra innings, while later hitting a go-ahead homer in extras to secure the win for the Coyotes.
Coastal Alabama South wrapped up play in the semifinals of the ACCC D-I Baseball Championship Tournament, with the Coyotes ending the season sporting a 30-26 overall record.
