GREENVILLE, Ala. - The Coastal Alabama - South Men's Golf team wrapped up play at the LBW Saints Invitational on Tuesday, Oct. 22, coming home ninth overall out of 12 competing teams at the RTJ Cambrian Ridge Golf Course. The Coyotes scored a 654 as a unit, finishing 78 strokes above par across the two rounds played.
Individual Results
Judah Talley led the charge for the Yotes, placing 24th overall out of 64 entrants. Talley managed a 158 (+14), finishing seven strokes above par in both rounds. He jumped four spots on the final day. Landen Savage followed closely behind Talley, finishing just three strokes worse. Savage managed a 29th-place finish with his 161 (+17), with his best round coming in round one where he shot seven strokes above par.
Other finishes included Jacob Myrick, who placed 34th with a 164 (+20) and Landon Snow who earned a 49th-place finish with a 171 (+27) in his first tournament played this season. Austin Vilborg rounded out Coastal - South's finishes with a 58th-place finish, scoring a 176 (+32).
Back to Work Next Weekend
The Coyotes have a quick turnaround and are set for the Mississippi Gulf Coast Fall Invitational next weekend, with the tournament being scheduled for Oct. 26-28 in Gulfport, Miss. The tournament will be held at the Windance Country Club in Gulf, weather permitting.
