Coastal Alabama - South Volleyball Reloads for 2026 Season

Coyotes Add Eight Newcomers to 2026 Roster

BAY MINETTE, Ala. - Longtime head coach Ritchie Dulaney and the Coastal Alabama - South Volleyball program have announced the addition of eight newcomers who will join the Coyotes for the 2026 season. The incoming class features a mix of transfers, defensive specialists, hitters, and a student manager as Coastal Alabama looks to build upon last season and take a step forward in the highly competitive Alabama Community College Conference (ACCC).

In 2025, the Coyotes finished the campaign with an 11-20 overall record and missed out on the ACCC Volleyball Championship Tournament. The 2026 season is slated to begin in August.

Leading the class is transfer defensive specialist Mallory Biddy, who joins Coastal Alabama from Allen Community College in Kansas. A native of Lone Star, Texas, Biddy brings collegiate experience and depth to the Coyotes' back-row unit.

The Coyotes also add a pair of liberos in Kaylee Worrell and McKenna Jackson. Worrell comes to Bay Minette after competing at both Butler High School and Freeport High School, while Jackson joins the program from Danville High School in Moulton, Alabama.

At the net, Coastal Alabama welcomes middle hitter Daeya Williams of Pass Christian, Mississippi. Williams starred at Pass Christian High School and is expected to add size and versatility to the Coyotes' front row.

The outside hitter position receives a significant boost with the additions of Lyric Thompson, Sophia Gress, and Katie Hasting. Thompson arrives from Thomasville High School, Gress joins the Coyotes from nearby Spanish Fort High School, and Hasting comes to Bay Minette from Grissom High School in Huntsville.

In addition to the student-athletes, Coastal Alabama has added Rachel Martin as team manager. A graduate of Citronelle High School, Martin will assist with the day-to-day operations of the volleyball program.

The Coyotes will begin preparations for the 2026 campaign later this summer before opening the regular season in August.
